Till Death Do Them Party | February Illinois Wedding | Samantha and Benjamin

Samantha and Benjamin were married in February of 2022. They were looking for the perfect venue space in Illinois for an indoor ceremony and reception. They took advantage of the saying “Till Death do them part” and this was the theme of their February Illinois wedding.

The day started off with both Samantha and Benjamin getting ready on site with their wedding party. Later in the day after pictures their February Illinois wedding had finally begun. They chose to decorate the ceremony space with lanterns, candles, and string lights to give it that romantic feel.

The entire wedding party wore dark and moody colors and held coordinating bouquets that featured deep red roses. Samantha wore a stunning lace dress and sported a beautiful braided hairstyle. Her bouquet was coordinating with the bridesmaids bouquets and featured deep red roses with black floral accents. Benjamin and his groomsmen each wore maroon suits that fit perfectly with the day.

Once their ceremony was over everyone moved into the ballroom for the reception. The reception was wonderfully decorated to include the “Till Death” theme. This included skulls on signage, a “Till Death do Us Party” neon sign, and so many more fun details. Samantha even sported an amazing leather jacket with skeleton fingers locking pinkies and the wedding date on it. Wooden table numbers adorned each table with added maroon and gold details throughout the space.

The exposed brick and dark and moody lighting at The Haight were perfect for this Till Death Do Us Party wedding. The couple took full advantage of this and continued it throughout the space with dark and moody wedding decor. While the couple was married in February in Illinois they still enjoyed their day by customizing their decor and hosting their ceremony and reception indoors.
