Available Spaces
First Floor
Our First Floor is the perfect space for smaller social events such as showers, birthdays, or lecture-style. With seating for up to 50 guests you have flexibility with layouts and the ability to design the space as you see fit. If you are looking for a more casual cocktail-style event, it can hold up to 100; complete with lounge furniture, cocktail tables and a food prep station. Whether you are looking for a formal event or casual get together, our versatile First Floor is perfect for your event!
South Room
Our South Room is half of our reception space and is the perfect setting for larger events such as corporate meetings, non-profit events, birthdays, benefits and more! It can accommodate up to 110 seated and includes the full setup of the space (tables & chairs), our signature farm tables, a/v equipment and flexible timelines. Complete with timber beams, wood floors, exposed brick walls and string lights throughout, the South Room creates the perfect environment to socialize.
Vintage Suite
Our Vintage Suite makes for an intimate affair. With seating for up to 32 guests, this event space is ideal for showers, corporate brainstorm sessions or other small gatherings. Decorated with vintage furniture and antique adornments, our Vintage Suite is a unique and cozy setting for your private event.
Rooftop Deck
Our rooftop deck is perfect for smaller private events such as engagement parties or birthdays, for up to 50 guests or casual cocktail-events for up to 150! Take in the views of downtown Elgin as you and your guests enjoy an afternoon brunch or a night under the stars!
